Menu of Services

From feasibility through to operation, we cover your project’s environmental needs.

What to expect and key benefits

Arboricultural Impact Assessment

This will include a scaled plan identifying the trees to be removed and those which will be retained, highlighting potential conflict between the proposed development and those trees which will be retained onsite.

Arboricultural Surveys

These include Duty of Care surveys and reports compliant with all types of planning including BS5837. You have a duty of care to have your trees professional inspected on a regular basis. This is supported using Visual Tree Assessment (VTA) and Quantified Tree Risk Assessment (QTRA) methodologies.

Tree Protection Plan

As part of the Arboriculture Method Statement (AMS), this is a detailed, scale plan identifying the retained trees of the final proposal and location of protection measures, including tree protection fencing and no dig areas. This allows construction workers to follow the protection guidance easily and accurately.

Arboricultural Clerk of Work (ACoW)

We provide full support during any part of the development and construction stage, whether that be verbal advice or onsite supervision to comply with local planning conditions. We provide guidance on issues round Tree Preservation Orders (TPO’s), Conservation Areas and Felling Licences.
