The role…
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Manchester Ecology team. This role is pivotal to influencing and motivating the team to achieve organisational excellence.
You’ll be the clear bridge between team members and management, accountable for the efficient, qualitative and successful delivery of a vast range of multi-disciplinary projects, working closely with and providing value to a number of our long-term, highly respected clients.
You’ll be committed to building results through a high performing team and invested in nurturing the performance and development of talent.
You’ll promote and foster inclusivity to ensure the best outcomes for the business and its customers.
About you…
You’ll be an experienced people manager with an ability to inspire teams demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You’ll be responsible for delivering project work as well as growing your team sharing knowledge, insight and skills to support in personal development.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of adhering to the CIEEM COPC and a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects across a variety of sectors.
You’ll have previous experience in business development, bids and strategies, adding value and impact to how we operate.
As an expert in your field, you’ll have an undergraduate degree and preferably a post-graduate qualification in a relevant subject, demonstrate the ability to work proactively and flexible in support of changing workloads as well as organisational and problem-solving abilities.
All of our Consultants, from Graduates to Directors, represent the reputation and expertise of Ecus every day. This role involves leading key client meetings including design team meetings, providing best practice guidance and advice to customers, and handling complex communications. Therefore, we’re looking for someone who will bring an inherent customer focus along with an applied commerciality to provide the most appropriate and greatest value solutions to our clients.
