Ecus is delighted to confirm the opening of a new project office in Clevedon, North Somerset.
The decision to open an office in Somerset, which precedes the forthcoming opening of a major new office in Exeter, Devon, is in response to the growing market opportunities south of Bristol.
Somerset and Devon host significant urban growth centres such as Bridgwater, Taunton, Exeter and Plymouth. The construction of the Hinkley C new nuclear power station, Europe’s largest engineering project, has led to significant investment in the region, and the opening of this new office presents exciting opportunities for continued involvement across a range of sectors, and with a diverse suite of clients.
Regional Director Kit Hawkins confirmed:
“Our new Clevedon project office puts Ecus in a great position to offer and deliver the high skill, high quality and efficient service that our clients require across Somerset.
This, coupled with our soon-to-be-opened office in Exeter, will enable us to support our projects in Devon and Somerset with locally based expert support. Our Ecology and Environment teams have a strong pipeline and track record in the region, and new centres of business will ensure that our emerging teams, such as Carbon Management and Air Quality can provide a regionally-tailored and bespoke approach.”
