As part of Ecus’ annual company conference last week, we took the opportunity to release two new employee sponsorship schemes that we’re very excited about:
- Employer supported volunteering
- Employer matched fundraising
As a company that’s passionate about supporting both its employees and the wider community, these two innovative schemes are designed to give something back.
Ecus has committed to providing the entire workforce with these opportunities, allowing staff to take up to 2 paid days per year for volunteer work, and matching charitable funding up to the value of £200 per person per year.
A key driver of this campaign is the increased investment the Board and the senior management team have allocated as part of our CSR mission to deliver a positive social impact.
We’ve always had a high number of staff that are enthusiastic fundraisers, so we’re looking forward to seeing what projects they work with and we’ll keep you updated!
