Andy is an experienced environmental consultancy professional with strong project management, technical leadership, and strategy development experience. He has an extensive track record of working with public and private sector clients on a range of strategically important projects relating to ecology, environmental management, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), waste management, sustainability assessment and reporting, and policy implementation and development, both in the UK and overseas. 

Andy has extensive experience of working at a strategic level with organisations and public sector clients to plan, implement and deliver major consultancy projects to support environmental and sustainability objectives.  Clients include Natural England, Network Rail, Keolis Amey Metrolink, Thames Water, Highways England, Transport Scotland, Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, and the Welsh Government.   

Andy is a qualified assessor for the Civil Engineering Environmental Quality Assessment and Awards Scheme (CEEQUAL). He has been a member of several government committees and steering groups providing advice to Defra on agricultural waste, the National Waste Minimisation and Recycling Fund, and the Technology Advisory Committee for Defra’s New Technology Programme.
